James E. Atchison was born in Mobile, Alabama. Admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1968. Also admitted to U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama; U. S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U. S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Atchison is the Attorney for the Mobile County Sherriff’s Department, the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County, and the Mobile Area Water and Sewer Board.
