Edgar P. Walsh has nearly 30 years of experience in the defense of corporations, governmental agencies and their officials in all types of employment discrimination cases. Those include both federal and state claims of race, age, sex and disability. His experience also includes the defense of individuals and governmental entities against numerous constitutional challenges brought by both individual and class action plaintiffs. He has also represented clients before the Alabama State Ethics Commission.

Mr. Walsh has argued many cases before the old Fifth Circuit and the present Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also appeared frequently before both the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court.

Mr. Walsh is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Alabama.
